Our Story
Brookes Catering started 15 years ago. We are a highly professional team. Brookes Catering has worked within the local area providing catering requirements for lots of local companies and events. We are a very small team who all have a passion for delivering bespoke food and services from a buffet to a wedding.

Here at Brookes we have a huge range of clients, these range from: DHL, Severn Leisure, Wychavon Leisure, Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce to Hereford and Worcester Fire Service, Fly By Nite Rehearsal Studies and Severn Waste. We have worked with lots of couples to create their own bespoke and personal wedding package to ensure that they have the best day!
Experienced Team
Here at Brookes catering we have a very experienced team, Graham has been a chef for 30 years and in events management all his life so has loads of experience.
Zoe has lots of experiences starting off as a waitressing, bar manager, event’s organiser and completing a diploma in hospitality management. The team always have highest quality of standards, are a friendly approachable team who love to add the personal touch to all your catering requirements.

Owner / Head Chef
Graham has been a chef for 30 years and has a passion for food, menu writing and events. Graham has also worked in events management for all his life.
Zoe Whitehouse
Weddings & Events Co-ordinator
Zoe joined the business three years ago. Zoe has a diploma in hospitality management and has a passion for high standards and working with clients to create their bespoke event.
Some of our Specialities
With all our party and event catering you have the option for delivery only or to have staff provided by Brookes to serve at your event. We also will provide you with the appropriate crockery, cutlery and linen.
